Each basketball is custom-made specifically for you. Your purchase reserves design time and production for your personalized item.
Because of the time invested in creating your custom artwork, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once I begin working on your design. If you decide not to move forward after your design has been created, no refund will be issued for the design time already completed.
A digital proof will be sent before production begins. One free revision is included. Additional revisions may be subject to a design fee.
Once you approve your final design and production begins, all sales are final. No cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after approval.
